A person reads every message. During the beta, we reply within 5 business days. You can write in Portuguese, English or Spanish.

  • Forgot the password of a protected page? We have no way to open it. The password never leaves your device.
  • Did sync stop? In Settings → Sync, connect Google again. Nothing is lost meanwhile.
  • Questions about the API and tokens? The documentation answers almost everything, with examples.
  • Was your account banned? Use the appeal page.
